You know that every time someone lands on your site, something doesn't translate. The signal is murky. The version of you on screen is running two years behind the version of you now. Your work has matured and the ecosystem that holds it doesn't feel congruent anymore.
You know a change is coming. Something new is emerging. You can feel it, but you can't fully articulate it yet. And you definitely couldn't delegate a whole restructuring and rebranding around it yet.
So you've been waiting to get clearer first. Waiting until you have enough direction to hand someone. Waiting until you can come to a designer with a plan: here's how it should be structured, here's what I want it to say, here's what I want it to feel like.
You're already obsessed with your work. Juggling team and content and service and visibility. Speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and the gritty process rebirthing your business and body of work.
Of course you don't need the additional vocation of figuring out how your essence translates to a visual language and how the multidimensionality of your work can be synthesized into menus, pages, and messaging.
Cristy took my gigantic ecosystem of scattered program offerings and old articles and books and guided meditations and speaker reels and live broadcast, and God knows what else - a true mess - she transformed all of it into something clear and beautiful. She didn’t just help me consolidate things externally; she helped me sort it out inside myself, clarifying what it is I actually do and how I want to express that to the world.
That’s part of her gift.
I felt very seen by her. It was fascinating to watch her take that understanding and then translate it into a compelling visual language.
If you have a chance to work with Cristy, you should. Look at my website, look at her website, look at some of the other people she’s worked with. She has a rare creative vision paired with down to earth practical know how. I could not be happier.
"I met with a designer and they sent me seventeen Google Docs to fill out and I just... closed the laptop."
"I feel almost embarrassed to send people to my site. I get asked on podcasts where to find me and my URL catches in my throat. I always include some caveat, even though I want to reach more people."
"How can I call myself a writer when every time I try to rewrite my website, I stare at a blinking cursor for three days and end up with nothing?"
"What am I even doing now? What am I actually about? How can this work be so all-consuming and I'm not sure how to talk about it."
"I do all these things that feel related but I can't seem to nail the elevator pitch. Every time I try to put everything on a page, it just feels flat and dilute."
"I know I'm under-earning. I know I'm under-impacting. I can feel the gap between what I'm capable of and what I'm actually putting out there. It's not even just about me. It's important that the work reaches more people."
When your visuals live separately from your messaging, which lives separately from your offers, which lives separately from the way you actually think and work, you don't get clarity. You get tension. The signal leaks because nothing has been built as one coherent whole.
What fixes it is someone who can hold the entirety of your work at once. See the throughline. Understand the differentiation. Identify how your specific expression lands in people and how to turn up the magnetism by doubling down on exactly that.
And I have some bad news:
A new logo won't fix it.
A new sales page won't fix it.
A new color palette definitely won't fix it.
Because the problem isn't just aesthetic.
It's much deeper.
Brand Oracle Build is a deeply integrated strategic partnership where your entire body of work is synthesized and advanced into its next era. This is not project management. It is not piecemeal execution. It is precise thought partnership and high-level implementation across your entire ecosystem, where every system, offer, platform, and expression is built as part of a cohesive whole designed from deep inside your mission, voice, and goals.
You bring your work. I translate it, build the blueprints, and direct the build. The result isn't something generic or outsourced. It's a brand, structure, and system that feels unmistakably like you, but often cleaner, clearer, and more articulated than you could have arrived at on your own, with remarkably little lift required from you.
You could hire an agency––design in one silo, copy in another, strategy somewhere else entirely. A baton passed from person to person, and you re-explaining yourself at every handoff. You might end up with something impressive. But impressive and coherent are not the same thing.
You could hire a designer. They'll need you to come with a plan. A map. Seventeen Google Docs of direction. They'll build what you can describe, which for someone at your level is never the whole thing. The copy will still be yours to produce. The strategy will still be yours to determine. The whole picture will still be your job.
You could keep waiting until you're clearer. But the clarity doesn't arrive from sitting with it. It arrives from engaging with it with someone who can see it with you. Every month you spend with a presence that doesn't match your work is another month of under-earning, under-impacting, and carrying the whole vision in your head instead of living inside what you've already built.
You could do it yourself. It would cost you the one thing you don't have more of: the time and attention you could have spent speaking, writing, leading, creating. The time you could have spend living inside the thing instead of endlessly renovating it.
You have a body of work that matters. A message that moves people. An audience, a team, a growing sphere of influence. You're creating culture, meaning, and real transformation in people's lives and you're ready for your online presence to finally reflect that. Not by leaving behind everything you've already built, but by bringing all of it into coherence with where you actually are right now.
The people I work with are brilliant, sensitive, and doing work the world genuinely needs more of. They're changing things. They know it. And they've often spent way too long waffling on how to bring the next version of their work into the world — not because they lack vision, but because they feel everything deeply and the gap between what they can see and what currently exists is a lot to carry. Plus, they're usually wise and porous enough to also know what they don't know and that can make holding and executing the vision...um tricky....
I get it. I'm someone who has wandered through enough –– from academia to teaching high school to tech startup to running a school in the Amazon jungle to teaching yoga to working with VCs in Silicon Valley to marketing for seven-figure brick and mortars — to know that the most interesting people rarely fit neatly into a box. Neither does their work. And that's exactly why I can help.
I know it's many things, but it's also just one thing –– an intersection of brilliance and devotion and experience that is you. I don't want you to silo parts of who you are and what you bring. I don't want you to niche into something unrecognizable to yourself. I want to bring all streams together into the powerful river that's already inside you. I want it to generate it's own momentum and recognition. I want you to stop feeling like you have to create it alone. And I want you to stop waiting. Not someday. Now. Let's begin.
The scope can go wide. We typically build in Showit for its design freedom and ease of ongoing management, but we're largely platform agnostic and can work within whatever ecosystem you already have. Beyond the core website, the Build can extend into backend systems, course and membership platforms, funnels, automations, lead pipelines, social templates, Substack, YouTube, email design, and the operational infrastructure that speakers and consultants actually need. The goal is always the same: every place someone encounters your work should feel like it belongs to the same world.
We also work directly with your team to train them on everything we've built — so they can manage, update, and grow within the new ecosystem confidently and independently going forward.
Platforms and systems we commonly work in include:
Showit · Squarespace · WordPress · Kajabi · Go High Level · Teachable · Simplero · ThriveCart · Flodesk · Kit · Substack · Mighty Networks · Circle · Calendly · and more
The Intensive is a done-with-you experience. I build the blueprint — the strategy, the creative direction, the architecture — and you, your team implement, or one of my referred and vetted providers. The Build is done-for-you, end to end. I don't just hand you the map. I drive the whole thing, from first conversation to launch day, with me and my team executing and interfacing with you and yours the entire way. If you're not sure which is right for you, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
It depends on you. Some clients want to be closely involved throughout, in the conversations, the decisions, the refinements (writers gonna edit and re-edit, ya know?) Others prefer to show up at key moments and trust the process in between. Both work. What you won't need to do is manage the project, brief multiple people, or re-explain yourself at every stage. I've got the thread from beginning to end.
Every Build is scoped to what your situation actually requires, so timelines vary. We'll map this out clearly in your custom proposal before anything begins. What I can tell you is that we don't rush it and we don't drag it out. We move at the pace the work deserves, and much of the rhythm depends upon how long you want to sit with decisions, materials, and refinements.
Good. That's actually the ideal starting point. You don't need a plan, a brief, or a vision board. You need to know something is shifting and you're ready to build what's next. I'll take it from there.
The Build probably isn't the right fit for that, and I'd rather tell you upfront than take your money for something misaligned. The whole reason the Build works is that everything gets designed together — strategy, copy, architecture, and visuals as one integrated whole. Pull any of those out and you lose the coherence that makes the result feel the way it does. If you have strong copy and a clear strategy and just need someone to make it beautiful, I'm happy to point you toward someone in my network who can do exactly that.
The investment generally starts at 25k USD. Every proposal includes the option to pay in full or spread it across 5 monthly payments of 5k. If you need different arrangements, I'm happy to discuss and I always try to accommodate great-fit clients and projects whenever I can.
Great! Bring them in! (I love to meet everyone on Zoom first, whenever possible). I'm used to working alongside teams, liaising with key stakeholders, and being another voice in the room as decisions get made. Part of what makes the Build work is that I can plug into your existing structure without creating more complexity for you. Want me to ask you ops manager for files so you can stay in your flow? No problem. I'm sure they're also delightful :)
Sometimes. The Build is primarily focused on the creation and launch of your new era — that's the main event. But for some clients it makes sense to continue working together in an ongoing capacity, whether that's fractional strategic support, asset creation, or something in between. If that feels relevant to you, we can talk about it anytime :)
You really don't have time to figure out the whole thing. To figure out the structure of your site so everything makes sense together and check into how other people do it and rewrite the copy and decide what you want everything to look like and find a designer and learn to speak their language and research platforms and decide which ones are worth switching to and map out how you're going to take everything to market and in what sequence and whether the numbers actually work out and how to position all of it without losing what's already working and, I mean, you're a writer but that doesn't seem to translate when you sit down to write a sales page so I guess you need to learn how to do that and — yeah....You don't have time for that.
But that's not what the Brand Oracle Build is.
This is the part where all of that stops being your problem. Where you redirect every drop of energy you've been leaking in the in-between—the almost, the not-quite, the one-day—back into your work itself, into the people you're here to reach, into the life you actually want to be living outside of all of this.
The next era doesn't have to keep waiting.
You just have to say yes.
