Stop recreating the whole thing from scratch or wasting time in reinvention, and start building something with enough roots, structure, and gravity to carry more easeful income, reach, and more resonance of your work itself.
You have decades of real, accumulated, hard-won expertise behind you — a practice built through actual delivery, a methodology refined through the lived experience of transforming clients, a reputation that has grown largely on the strength of the work itself. Your training is deep and your frameworks are proven. The work has genuinely matured into something that should stand as a body of work in its own right, if it were ever built into something explicit.
And not because you don't know what it needs––
You know you need a marketing and visibility engine, but you also know you want it pointing toward the body of work and the repeatable offers you actually want to be known for — rather than generating reach without a destination.
You're tired of scrambling to write a new sales page every time you need some revenue, but you haven't landed on an offer architecture that encompasses all of you and doesn't feel fractional and boring to sell on repeat.
You know it's time to move your offer structure out of the renting and 'starter home' phase and finally build the mature blueprint for your business that gives you far more time and space to actually live.
You've known what needs to be built for a while now. But there is always something more immediate: a client to serve, a revenue gap to close, an Instagram reel to edit and the foundational work gets deferred again to some mythical time when "things settle down."
Cristy took my gigantic ecosystem of scattered program offerings and old articles and books and guided meditations and speaker reels and live broadcast, and God knows what else - a true mess - she transformed all of it into something clear and beautiful. She didn’t just help me consolidate things externally; she helped me sort it out inside myself, clarifying what it is I actually do and how I want to express that to the world.
That’s part of her gift.
I felt very seen by her. It was fascinating to watch her take that understanding and then translate it into a compelling visual language.
If you have a chance to work with Cristy, you should. Look at my website, look at her website, look at some of the other people she’s worked with. She has a rare creative vision paired with down to earth practical know how. I could not be happier.
At this point, you could probably do a million things. You could facilitate the training. Speak on six different topics. Turn the thing you do naturally with private clients into a program. Build the certification. Write the book. Start a new podcast. Take that one idea everyone keeps responding to and make an entire business around it.
And, annoyingly, a lot of them would probably work, at least for awhile.
That is part of what makes this stage so strange. You don’t have a problem because you have no lane. You have enough depth, experience and range that there are many legitimate expressions of your work.
Meanwhile, everyone on the internet has a strategy for what you should do with it. Build the scalable group program. Grow on Substack. Turn it all into a course. Make the low-ticket thing that leads to the high-ticket thing.
So you keep making intelligent things, often successful things, and the business still has a strange tendency to fracture as it grows. Each new expression needs its own explanation, marketing, sales mechanism and burst of energy. Or, you try to repeat your offers, even though you're bored, like a "good" business owner, but your subsequent launches fall flat without your energy and spark behind them.
Your work doesn't get to become an institution because it's always changing focus and expression. Pathways are always shifting and unclear. Your marketing keeps introducing whatever is newest instead of accumulating around something recognizable. You never get around to making big moves in community growth and visibility because you're constantly pendulating between boredom or making something totally new. Your business doesn't make sense to a newcomer so you're limited to referrals or people you can connect with and manually explain it to.
If we can find that organizing logic first, you do not have to keep reducing yourself to one small, marketable lane.
You can build a body of work capacious enough for all of you to belong inside it, while still being coherent enough that other people can recognize it, enter it, talk about it, and eventually know you for it.
This is where legacy work starts to take form.
The pieces begin strengthening one another. The harmony between your true blueprint and the architecture of your work increases and the signal gets clearer and more resonant. You begin adding to and solidifying your body of work in a way that increases its mass and gravity instead of just its dispersion.
And there is something even more important here than efficiency.
You get to drop into much deeper congruence with the work itself.
The work has structure. It has bones and memory. It has gravity.
It can hold more of itself. People begin to form a relationship with it that isn't completely held by you. And because it feels so congruent, you trust the architecture and let it carry some of the weight and help you amass momentum.
Which means more of your energy can go toward developing it, living it, speaking it, taking it into bigger rooms, and reaching more people.
Your efforts compound.
So does the resonance.
This is the first time I've felt like I could exhale into a business architecture that actually helped me too and treated me like a whole human being.
Thank you for the ease and possibility that this could be fun and that the medicine of this business could be infused all the way through.
And include me.
You've worked with hundreds of people, gotten repeatable and trajectory-altering results, earned the respect of practitioners with huge platforms and codified methodologies of their own — and you still have just a few hundred names on your email list, and that podcast is gathering dust in your notes app years later.
You don't feel the obligation to publish consistently if you're not launching, because...for what? You're not pitching podcasts, because there's nowhere for that traffic to go once it arrives. You have some old lead magnet that doesn't even make sense anymore and nothing running to make the visibility worth the effort. So the energy that should be going toward growth and building long term momentum gets rerouted into refining or creating yet another workshop or cash program idea instead — one more thing thrown at the wall to see if it's finally "the thing."
You run your offers well and with confidence. They convert, they get results, your clients are genuinely transformed. And you still get itchy and bored partway through a cohort, because it's just one slice of you, packaged for sale, while the rest of what you have synthesized to offer sits unused on the sidelines.
Your offers haven't really grown. You're still fighting to match enrollment numbers from a launch two or three years ago. Your existing base has already bought the thing once so the only way to sell to them again is to build something else, and then something else after that, instead of deepening and repeating the one offer that should have become your signature by now.
You watch practitioners with far less depth build polished, regular, endlessly repeatable content pillars and scaled program, and you know (you actually know) that what you have is better. More breadth, more nuance, more real magic. And still some part of you wishes you were a little more regular, a little more systematized, a little easier to package.
You're not afraid to claim credibility, but when you try to come up with what you'd actually add to the conversation, you go blank. The expertise is there: you could probably call yourself twelve different titles –– what's missing is the throughline that makes them one body of work instead of a pile of related skills. When you've tried to build a brand or an offer suite without that unique throughline definied first, and it comes out fractured no matter how good each individual piece is.
You've taken the courses. You know the best practices. You could probably teach a masterclass on the very infrastructure you haven't built for yourself. And somehow, even in the weeks when the time technically exists, it doesn't happen. You know this isn't a knowledge gap, it's about the personalized reflection and support for execution.
You've made enough money and been at this long enough to know that a prettier feed or a punchier tagline was never going to be the real fix. But you also know that once the foundation is actually in place, the visual brand, the messaging, the visibility strategy stop being cosmetic and start being the thing that lets the foundation be seen and remembered.
"I have been in the coaching industry for a long time, but it was time for me to take my work to the next iteration. I needed to take all of my experience from the last 9 years and truly claim my own body of work and build the infrastructure around it to make it more clear, sustainable, and allow its impact to stretch farther and deeper.
I came to Cristy in an existential crisis of sorts around my business. So much of what I had been doing no longer fit. I was in a big turning point in my work (and my life!). I needed clear guidance in refining, defining, and anchoring my work in this new, more mature iteration it was longing to enter.
I have been in my fair share of business programs over the years, and worked with some powerful mentors, but within the first 15 minutes of my first call with Cristy, I felt so much RELIEF. I didn't need more information or healing. I didn't need to do rituals or brainstorm new ideas. I needed a powerful mirror to help me see the map I already had and create the structure for it that felt like ME and would allow for the most impact. I needed someone to help tell me what to do and how to do it.
Cristy's clear, easeful, wise, experienced guidance saved me from so much unnecessary spinning and over-thinking. She was really able to see and feel the heart and artistry of what I was ready to build, while also bringing in the practical grounding I needed. These sessions were INVALUABLE."
It's an opportunity to gather what you have learned, excavate deeper patterns, and bring the person, the body of work, the offers, the money, the message and the future direction into much greater coherence and start to direct your creative energy into compounding instead of reinventing.
And it's the part people skip all the time.
Partly because it is difficult to do from inside your own work. The things that are most distinctive about you and the generative pattern that originates from your personal blueprint are often so natural that you barely register them as important, much less notable enough to build an entire business structure around.
Sometimes you need a mirror, thought partner, even if you're often able to see the source patterns in other people. Someone who can help you excavate what is actually here, distinguish what has real gravity from what is just possible, and harmonize the pieces into something you can build congruently and strategically.
That is the architectural work.
And once you have the right blueprints, everything you invest in building afterward starts working harder.
You or a designer is building the right website. Your copywriting is articulating the offer and positioning that you're going to use more than just once. Your systems support the business model you really want and feels good for your energetic design and preference. You have time and energy to flow out into wider reach and connection instead of just holding the core together.
That sense that your work and business is ripe for transformation might have first pinged as a the urge to find a designer for a rebrand, to start a new Substack, to jump on discovery calls with a bunch of coaches, to sign up for one more online course.
But often, the itch for a new expression is pointing to something further upstream:
And yes, the structure might become a new offer, a new website, and entirely new platform, a more deliberate body of intellectual property, or a different way of making money altogether.
But at this point in your business, the sequence matters.
The earlier years are supposed to be experimental. You try things. You follow what has energy. You make another offer because someone asked you for it. You learn what you are unusually good at, what people will pay for, what you never want to do again, which ideas keep boomeranging back to you, and which expression of your work turns out to have more traction than you predicted.
Eventually, though, you have enough evidence.
Enough work. Enough clients. Enough ideas. Enough lived experience inside the business that you do not need to keep treating every new season like a blank page.
This is where the depth, range, and evolution of your work become an actual business structure –– one clear enough to provide reciprocity, growth, impact, and sustainability, and one congruent enough to hold your genius and your legacy.
First, we excavate the bedrock. We identify what is actually true about you and your work now: the core patterns, principles, distinctions, and source material that remain recognizable across everything you do.
Next, we map right relationship. We look at the geometry of the whole field — you, the body of work, the people, the offers, the money, the brand, the business — and decide what is central, what has gravity, and most importantly, what is uniquely yours to express and hold.
Now we build the structure around the work. We shape the business model, offer ecosystem, positioning, pathways, website, visibility, and systems from that underlying logic rather than forcing the work into somebody else’s blueprint.
This is where we carry the pattern through. We translate the same organizing intelligence into the different scales of the business so the offers, messaging, website, marketing, sales, client experience, and systems all feel like expressions of the same body of work.
Your work deserves a recognizable world. We translate the deeper architecture into the brand itself: naming, visual language, creative direction, tone, texture, imagery, and the overall felt experience of the work, so every expression carries the same signal and unmistakably belongs to the same whole.
(Re)Creation Studio is a deeply integrated strategic partnership where your entire body of work is synthesized and advanced into its next era. This is not project management. It is not piecemeal execution. It is precise thought partnership and high-level implementation across your entire ecosystem, where every system, offer, platform, and expression is built as part of a cohesive whole designed from deep inside your mission, voice, and goals.
You bring your work. I translate it, build the blueprints, and direct the build. The result isn't something generic or outsourced. It's a brand, structure, and system that feels unmistakably like you, but often cleaner, clearer, and more articulated than you could have arrived at on your own, with remarkably little lift required from you.
You could hire an agency––design in one silo, copy in another, strategy somewhere else entirely. A baton passed from person to person, and you re-explaining yourself at every handoff. You might end up with something impressive. But impressive and coherent are not the same thing.
You could hire a designer. They'll need you to come with a plan. A map. Seventeen Google Docs of direction. They'll build what you can describe, which for someone at your level is never the whole thing. The copy will still be yours to produce. The strategy will still be yours to determine. The whole picture will still be your job.
You could keep waiting until you're clearer. But the clarity doesn't arrive from sitting with it. It arrives from engaging with it with someone who can see it with you. Every month you spend with a presence that doesn't match your work is another month of under-earning, under-impacting, and carrying the whole vision in your head instead of living inside what you've already built.
You could do it yourself. It would cost you the one thing you don't have more of: the time and attention you could have spent speaking, writing, leading, creating. The time you could have spend living inside the thing instead of endlessly renovating it.
You have a body of work that matters. A message that moves people. An audience, a team, a growing sphere of influence. You're creating culture, meaning, and real transformation in people's lives and you're ready for your online presence to finally reflect that. Not by leaving behind everything you've already built, but by bringing all of it into coherence with where you actually are right now.
The people I work with are brilliant, sensitive, and doing work the world genuinely needs more of. They're changing things. They know it. And they've often spent way too long waffling on how to bring the next version of their work into the world — not because they lack vision, but because they feel everything deeply and the gap between what they can see and what currently exists is a lot to carry. Plus, they're usually wise and porous enough to also know what they don't know and that can make holding and executing the vision...um tricky....
I get it. I'm someone who has wandered through enough –– from academia to teaching high school to tech startup to running a school in the Amazon jungle to teaching yoga to working with VCs in Silicon Valley to marketing for seven-figure brick and mortars — to know that the most interesting people rarely fit neatly into a box. Neither does their work. And that's exactly why I can help.
I know it's many things, but it's also just one thing –– an intersection of brilliance and devotion and experience that is you. I don't want you to silo parts of who you are and what you bring. I don't want you to niche into something unrecognizable to yourself. I want to bring all streams together into the powerful river that's already inside you. I want it to generate it's own momentum and recognition. I want you to stop feeling like you have to create it alone. And I want you to stop waiting. Not someday. Now. Let's begin.
The scope can go wide. We typically build in Showit for its design freedom and ease of ongoing management, but we're largely platform agnostic and can work within whatever ecosystem you already have. Beyond the core website, the Build can extend into backend systems, course and membership platforms, funnels, automations, lead pipelines, social templates, Substack, YouTube, email design, and the operational infrastructure that speakers and consultants actually need. The goal is always the same: every place someone encounters your work should feel like it belongs to the same world.
We also work directly with your team to train them on everything we've built — so they can manage, update, and grow within the new ecosystem confidently and independently going forward.
Platforms and systems we commonly work in include:
Showit · Squarespace · WordPress · Kajabi · Go High Level · Teachable · Simplero · ThriveCart · Flodesk · Kit · Substack · Mighty Networks · Circle · Calendly · and more
The Intensive is a done-with-you experience. We build the blueprint — the strategy, the creative direction, the architecture — and you, your team implement, or one of my referred and vetted providers. The Build is done-for-you, end to end. I don't just hand you the map. I drive the whole thing, from first conversation to launch day, with me and my team executing and interfacing with you and yours the entire way. If you're not sure which is right for you, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
It depends on you. Some clients want to be closely involved throughout, in the conversations, the decisions, the refinements (writers gonna edit and re-edit, ya know?) Others prefer to show up at key moments and trust the process in between. Both work. What you won't need to do is manage the project, brief multiple people, or re-explain yourself at every stage. I've got the thread from beginning to end.
Every Build is scoped to what your situation actually requires, so timelines vary. We'll map this out clearly in your custom proposal before anything begins. What I can tell you is that we don't rush it and we don't drag it out. We move at the pace the work deserves, and much of the rhythm depends upon how long you want to sit with decisions, materials, and refinements.
Good. That's actually the ideal starting point. You don't need a plan, a brief, or a vision board. You need to know something is shifting and you're ready to build what's next. I'll take it from there.
The Build probably isn't the right fit for that, and I'd rather tell you upfront than take your money for something misaligned. The whole reason the Build works is that everything gets designed together — strategy, copy, architecture, and visuals as one integrated whole. Pull any of those out and you lose the coherence that makes the result feel the way it does. If you have strong copy and a clear strategy and just need someone to make it beautiful, I'm happy to point you toward someone in my network who can do exactly that.
The investment generally starts at 25k USD. Every proposal includes the option to pay in full or spread it across 5 monthly payments of 5k. If you need different arrangements, I'm happy to discuss and I always try to accommodate great-fit clients and projects whenever I can.
Great! Bring them in! (I love to meet everyone on Zoom first, whenever possible). I'm used to working alongside teams, liaising with key stakeholders, and being another voice in the room as decisions get made. Part of what makes the Build work is that I can plug into your existing structure without creating more complexity for you. Want me to ask you ops manager for files so you can stay in your flow? No problem. I'm sure they're also delightful :)
Sometimes. The Build is primarily focused on the creation and launch of your new era — that's the main event. But for some clients it makes sense to continue working together in an ongoing capacity, whether that's fractional strategic support, asset creation, or something in between. If that feels relevant to you, we can talk about it anytime :)
You really don't have time to figure out the whole thing. To figure out the structure of your site so everything makes sense together and check into how other people do it and rewrite the copy and decide what you want everything to look like and find a designer and learn to speak their language and research platforms and decide which ones are worth switching to and map out how you're going to take everything to market and in what sequence and whether the numbers actually work out and how to position all of it without losing what's already working and, I mean, you're a writer but that doesn't seem to translate when you sit down to write a sales page so I guess you need to learn how to do that and — yeah....You don't have time for that.
But that's not what the (Re)Creation Studio is.
This is the part where all of that stops being your problem. Where you redirect every drop of energy you've been leaking in the in-between—the almost, the not-quite, the one-day—back into your work itself, into the people you're here to reach, into the life you actually want to be living outside of all of this.
The next era doesn't have to keep waiting.
You just have to say yes.
